Cris Lacy is the SVP of A & R at Warner Music. Being groomed to succeed current president/CEO John “Espo” Esposito, Cris sits down and talks about how caring a little bit more than everyone has gotten her to where she is today.

Kevin in the CEO of Made In Network. They make Youtube work for Creators and Brands like Binging With Babish, Salt Life, and Jiffpom. 250 Million Monthly Views ain't to shabby either. He graduated college and went straight to starting his company. We’ll let him talk about that.
